Qafqaz Baku City Hotel & Residences

The property is placed right at the entrance of the city, very conveniently placed next to a 24 hour supermarket and close to the best shawarma shop. More importantly Rashadath who received us was so welcoming along with their team at the reception, it was so pleasant, we regretted booking the place for only one night, had we known about the hotel earlier we would have booked our whole stay for the trip here.

Property is clean, and so the staff are very helpful and friendly. Specially Mr. RASHADATH was superb, he really takes care of hotel guests. He welcomed us in very nice manner and treated us very good. Hotel is excellent and even the breakfast options is good. Highly recommend. I even stayed in some other hotel in Baku, but staffs were not as good as Mr. RASHADATH and his team.

I had a very good experience in Qafqaz. Everybody, from reception to housekeeping is like a family to me, as i spent 2 weeks here. Very nice and warm people, very clean hotel, spacious rooms, the breakfast is delicious and the prices are so good. If i ever come again to Baku, Qafqaz will be for sure 1st choice on my list.

Ramil was equally impressive, assisting me throughout my stay with his local knowledge and recommendations. Whether it was dining options or tourist attractions, he was always eager to help and ensure I had a memorable experience. Aydana brought a wonderful energy to the front desk, making sure I felt right at home. She was attentive and proactive, checking in on my needs and making thoughtful suggestions that truly enhanced my visit. Aysel rounded out this fantastic team with her exceptional service. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests made a significant difference, ensuring my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Thanks to Asim, Ramil, Aydana, and Aysel, my time at Qafqaz Baku City Hotel & Residences was nothing short of extraordinary. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable, and I look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the future!
